How I Do Marketing

Success is a combination of skills + repetition. I do these skills well….and a lot.

  • Time Management

    Time management starts with goals that are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and, well…Timely. By starting with SMART goals, I’m able to prioritize projects, organize task timelines and plan ahead.

  • Problem solving

    Problem solving starts with great questions and - ends with great questions. I ask “what is the problem,” then dig into the root cause, develop and recommend an alternate solution, implement, then ask “did this work?” and access success.

  • Creativity

    Creativity is all about taking educated risks. I do my research. I understand market trends and who my target audience is. I then align my findings with brand standards to create content that promotes the customer experience and the brand.

  • Collaboration

    Collaboration is the willingness to provide insight while learning. It’s knowing the right mix of speaking and listening. I come to every project with knowledge, an open-mind and willingness to compromise.

  • Communication

    Communication starts with knowing what to say, when to say it, how to say it, who to say it to and the willingness to receive feedback. I pride myself on conveying a message precisely and welcome all feedback with a positive attitude.

  • Prioritization

    Prioritization. One of the founding keys to my success. I rely heavily on project timelines, and review them regularly to stay up-to-date. I also set realistic deadlines and concentrate on the most pressing items first.
